Location was great and the room wasnice and neat for one night. Breakfast was nice and the pork in tomato sauce was fabulous.

Price/quality ratio. Room's clean. Good breakfast.

This hotel was an absolutele disappointment! The old pillows made resting impossible, and their breakfast was just a sad excuse for food. On top of that, i expected a complimentary welcome gift for enduring the cold shower, but of course, that didn't happen. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Fairly clean place and excellent co-operating staff, liked decent and excellent location. The room was neat and well-appointed with comfy beds, and I slept very well. Location: the hotel was near to the historical sites, the various sightseeing or golf, and the airport. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Habaneros that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The minifridge in the room didn't work properly!!! The restaurant closed early, limiting dinner options!!! The shower lacked hot water, quite an annoyance!!!

I found the hotel to be very convenient for my weekend wanderings, as it was just a short walk to gran plaza for shopping and dining. Only about a mile from the beautiful actix park where i enjoyed the outdoors.

The room in the Double Room with Two Double Beds was comfortable and clean. Breakfast options could have been warmer.

The hotel is relatively new, which gives it a fresh and modern feel, and I particularly enjoyed the varied breakfast options that exceeded my expectations.

I did notice that there was a lack of hot water in the shower, quite inconvenient .

The staff was great with my five kids, and the room felt just fine for our family. We enjoyed a decent breakfast that kept everyone happy, and location-wise, we were close to some fun spots to explore.

My kids wished for a pool area to let off some steam.

Family with children will enjoy it

This place is not too far from the airport, which makes it a solid spot for resting. The beds were comfortable and I loved the steam shower in our room, really felt luxurious after the travel! Plus, breakfast is included with a bracelet and was decent enough to get everyone fueled for the day.

But it wasn't cheap, still acceptable.

The room was clean and cozy, and I loved how relaxing the sun terrace was for morning coffee! The hotel also has a nice garden area where you can chill out after a long day. Just a heads up, the pillows could use a little update, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊

The staff was friendly and helped me with local tips that added to my trip. Consider needing an extra towel during your stay.
